From start to finish Michael and his team have been excellent! The workmanship has been great and the tradespeople have been professional, polite, tidy and have kept the disruption to the household to a minimum. Work carried on despite a couple of hiccups due to adverse weather, Any minor problems were dealt with speedily and to our complete satisfaction. "Michael and his team were on time every day, friendly and polite. The work is of a high standard and was completed 1.5 weeks before the original estimate. With a project of this size you will always get unexpected issues, we had a couple but Michael had a can do attitude and the experience to overcome these. An example of the quality of work: the gable end of my house had crumbling cement all along the side of the house. Came home one evening and it had all been dug out and replaced, spoke to Michael about it the next day and was told "well that needed doing so we sorted for you no charge.

"The job was split into separate parts for ease and Michael/MME took on the loft conversion piece. The conversion itself wasn't so straightforward as he was working with a previously created loft space with no building control sign off. Michael was great at every stage though, and work progressed very quickly. Attention to detail was fantastic - Michael identified ways to maximise space when quoting, and minor changes requested by me throughout the job were dealt with very efficiently. He even helped out here and there with some unrelated jobs going on in other areas of the property. I had a very specific design for the en-suite and Michael was very keen to make sure it was all done correctly.
The property now has a fantastic loft space, additional bathroom, and most importantly is building control legal!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael/MME to anyone else thinking of a loft conversion. It's very difficult picking a building company, but I felt I could trust Michael with the job from initial quote to final payment."

It has been a pleasure to have Michael build our dream loft for us. From the minute we called him to book an appointment, we found him very friendly, understanding and willing to go the extra mile.
Through all the phases of the build....Michael proved himself as a true professional. He was patient in listening to our request and suggestions and was always ready to take them on board.

Michael did a loft conversion for me. I found him satisfactory, friendly and honourable. What I did like was that if there was a problem he would always return to sort it out. I am delighted with the work that he has done and would definitely recommend him. Very nice and genuine, the wife and I were well pleased with him.

Michael fitted two large velux windows into a flat roof with upstands built. It was absolutely brilliant. He arrived when he said he would, the price he quoted was the price I paid. He is a first class tradesman, in fact he is first class everything. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to any one.
